As an English speaking African American woman, I felt so comfortable and welcomed here. The customer service was great even before I left America. I communicated with the business over email and was assisted, and when I arrived at the shop, the ladies that dressed my friend and I were very helpful.
From start to finish, the process was enjoyable. Only spent approx. 40USD. When I come back to Tokyo, I will come here to rent a Kimono
