We did not have an appointment and just walked in. Staff was extremely helpful and quick! I am a plus size (18) in the USA and they were able to accommodate while being extremely kind the whole time! Everything is very customizable! There are so many components to the outfit I didnt know about! Getting into the outfit was fun to see itself! The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the shoes, but I also didnt expect them to be super comfortable. My husband's had no grip and he almost fell a few times. Awesome experience though. We went to a tea ceremony, took some pictures and brought them back after!

El personal molt amable i atent, et donen moltes opcions per poder-te vestir, amb tots els complements, fins i tot per al recollit de cabell (que et fan elles mateixes). En homes hi ha poca varietat, els yukates a partir de 8000\ i molt pocs per cada talla. En dones m?s opcions a partir de 4500\ i cada complement son 550\ (excepte alguns gratis) i el pentinat un parell de gratu?ts, la resta 2200\. Al final hem pagat molt m?s del que ten?em previst, pel que la valoraci? no ?s de 5/5, per? els kimonos i yukates molt bonics, l'experi?ncia de passejar pels jardins vestit tradicionalment molt recomanable i ?nica!
