I had a decent experience overall, and I appreciate that some of the staff spoke English ? that was really helpful and made the process smoother. Most of the team was kind and really sweet, which I truly appreciated. However, I did feel a bit disappointed at the end. One of the staff, one of the staff helped me throughout the process. But when it came time to pay, one of her colleagues tried to confirm the price of the yukata I chose, and she stopped her and responded with a bit of a smug smile. It gave me the impression that she was happy I didn’t question the price. What surprised me most was that she assumed I didn’t understand Japanese ? I overheard her say, “She’ll pay for premium,” even though I was sure I chose the tier below that. I didn’t want to make a scene, so I just went ahead and paid, but it left me with mixed feelings. Just a little tip ? double-check the options and prices before paying. :) ??? Again, most of the other staff were really sweet and helpful ? that made the experience much nicer. ????????? update: I went to a different place! realized she straight up scammed me I don’t recommend the place adding things for money doesn’t make sense! i got “premium kimono” in the other place for the same price with an experience and pictures. find better places!! it was cheaper !!!!!!!!!
