店員親切，雖沒有繁體中文?明，但用英文也都能溝通。 會耐心告知各種服飾配件的搭配，整體體驗很棒。

Ich habe einen Termin ausgemacht, um einen Kimono zu mieten. Ich habe fr?hzeitig abgesagt und musste die Stornogeb?hren bezahlen, daf?r habe ich auch Verst?ndnis. Das eigentliche Problem ist, dass einem nicht mehrere Optionen zur R?ckerstattung gegeben werden und damit es zu hohen Geb?hren kommt. Statt 20? Storno habe ich dann umgerechnet 50? bezahlen m?ssen. Mit Paypal w?rne es nur 23? gewesen.
