Staffed friendly and the place is clean & organized

They were really helpful on choosing the kimono for us. There are many options, we spend 1 hour choosing, changing and hairstyling.

처음에 빌릴땐 너무 친절했어요. 근데 반납할때 헤매다가 2분 늦었는데, 2200엔을 추가로 내라고 했습니다. 그래서 2분인데 너무 부당하다고 이야기 하니 사람 앞에두고 일본어로 앞담을 너무 하길래 항의하니, 그제서야 얼굴 벌개져서 그건 자기들 잘못이라고 한명만 사과를 했습니다. 나머지는 다 사과 안하고 가만히 있었구요. 다시는 안가고 싶구요 추가 비용은 1100엔 주고 나왓네요. 한국인들에게 추천하고싶지 않습니다. 고객을 너무 우숩게 보는 가게입니다

It was my first time trying on a kimono and the ladies were very helpful throughout the process of pattern selection with kimono and matching obi with purse and slippers. Hairstylist was amazing too. Everything was a great experience. I highly suggest this place. Thank you so much!

NOT RECOMMENDED!! I had a very disappointing experience. I thought their prices were cheaper than the shop downstairs, but that’s totally misleading. They have hidden fees for everything! The basic inner wear, the obi belt, hairstyles, and even each hair accessory all cost extra. Even the most basic belt that should come with the kimono requires an upgrade fee to look decent. Then there was some strange “insurance fee” I’d never even heard of before ? just another excuse to charge more. Every single step came with an unexpected cost. I was only five minutes late returning the kimono, and they were rude and harsh and charged a “late fee” almost equal to the rental price, which had to be paid in cash. It feels like the money just goes into their own pockets. They clearly set low prices online just to attract people, but once you’re there, you realize it’s all extra costs. In the end, I paid more than the all-inclusive shop downstairs, which actually offers better kimonos and hairstyles. I don't recommend anyone to come here even they have those good reviews online which I was attracted by. This place is a total scam full of hidden charges!
