The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful! We definitely recommend this when you visit Fukuoka.

Reservation is simple enough to make online and once at the place the process is smooth. Staff is very nice and makes sure you understand everything. There are a lot of options to choose from and it's possible to choose even from stuff you didn't select in the reservation. Staff is very gentle while clothing you and with your hair they are real proffesionals. I reccomend reserving early hours so you can enjoy the kimono without worrying about time. They also give you the ability to insure against staining/light damage for 550\ which I found very nice.

Love the experience here and staffs are super friendly and helpful with the whole experience even when we can't speak a word of japanese. 10/10 will return and recommend. If you are looking for kimono/yukata experience, I highly recommend to come here for the experience and options#

직원들이 너무 친절해요!!! 오호리공원이랑 가깝고 머리도 잘해주시고 일어로 소통하시는데 영어랑 한국어 섞어써두 대부분 다 알아들으셔서 편했어요!!
